Nazareth Memory Center is a secured Assisted Living community devoted to individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementias. Nazareth provides a warm, caring and secure environment, giving residents and their families peace of mind. This 24-bed assisted living facility offers residents a wide range of specialized activities including music therapy, aroma therapy, cooking classes and other activities of daily living. Cutting edge therapies and ongoing staff training are provided by specialists in eldercare dementia. The program is tailored to the individual needs and interests of residents and their families.

Residents receive individualized medical services as needed, but just as importantly they are given an opportunity to continue living and enjoying their lives to their fullest potential, while benefiting from cognitive stimulation and spiritual growth.

Family members have an opportunity to benefit from our Alzheimer's information nights where they can come and learn about the latest techniques and developments in the treatment of Alzheimer's care.
