Emmanuel Center is a state-of-the-art nursing and rehabilitation center that is part of the Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community. This facility provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative services to individuals in need of a short-term stay for therapy before returning home.
Our secure facility has specialized staff and features activity programs that are designed specifically for patients with Alzheimer's or other related dementias.
